Legal & Service Center.
Comprehensive terms covering store development, marketing campaigns, sales execution, and ultimate business exit services for the BusyZ ecosystem.
Terms of Service
By accessing BusyZ.com, engaging our full-service e-commerce agency services, or utilizing our infrastructure from initial store concept through development, marketing, sales scaling, and final market exit, you ("The Client," "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Service Scope & Client Responsibility
BusyZ provides end-to-end e-commerce solutions, including technical store building, creative design, marketing execution, conversion optimization, and exit advisory. Clients retain ultimate ownership and operational control over their respective business entities, merchant accounts, payment gateways, and legal compliance obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusyZ.com, its founders, and contractors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes loss of store revenue, ad account bans, third-party platform downtimes, payment gateway freezes, or valuation fluctuations.
Privacy Policy
BusyZ.com ("The Company," "We," "Us") is dedicated to protecting the data integrity and confidentiality of our clients' business records, operational metrics, and consumer details.
Information Handling
We collect necessary account data, store configurations, technical credentials, and communication logs strictly to deliver our end-to-end e-commerce services. We do not sell or lease client database assets to external data brokers.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your business assets, proprietary frameworks, and login details across all development and marketing stages.
Store Development Terms
Our development phase transforms your concept into a fully functional, high-converting e-commerce storefront. We handle architecture, UI/UX design, custom layouts, and backend system integrations.
Platform & Integration Responsibility
Stores are built using leading third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and selected application plugins. BusyZ is not responsible for platform-wide outages, unexpected theme updates, third-party app incompatibilities, or gateway API changes.
Client Approvals & Timelines
Project milestones require timely client feedback and asset sign-offs. Delays in providing required brand assets, product details, or API keys may extend project timelines without penalizing BusyZ.
Marketing & Advertising Policy
We craft and deploy targeted digital marketing campaigns, social media ads, and promotional funnels designed to drive high-intent traffic to your store.
Ad Spend & Platform Compliance
Advertising budgets are managed directly by the client or funded via designated media accounts. BusyZ adheres strictly to platform advertising guidelines (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). However, we are not liable for sudden ad account restrictions, policy flags, or campaign disapprovals initiated by third-party ad networks.
Performance Variables
While our strategies are data-driven, marketing performance depends heavily on market demand, product pricing, and consumer behavior. BusyZ does not guarantee specific click-through rates, cost-per-acquisition metrics, or immediate profitability.
Sales & Conversion Optimization
Our sales engineering focuses on optimizing your store's checkout funnels, email remarketing loops, and conversion rates to maximize revenue per visitor.
Checkout & Transaction Processing
All consumer purchases, payment card processing, chargebacks, customer service fulfillment, and sales tax collections are handled directly through the client's merchant account and store checkout system. BusyZ assumes no liability for payment gateway reserves, chargeback disputes, or customer fulfillment issues.
Store Incubation, Scaling & Exit Terms
Our framework supports your brand through its entire lifecycle: from initial ideation and active scaling to ultimate asset exit, acquisition preparation, or brokerage.
Exit & Valuation Advisory
When assisting with store exits or acquisition preparations, BusyZ provides valuation guidance and marketplace positioning support. Final sale agreements, asset transfers, and financial payouts are negotiated directly between the buyer and the store owner, and BusyZ does not guarantee specific exit valuations or buyout timelines.
Refund & Project Cancellation Policy
Because our services involve immediate allocation of specialized engineering hours, custom development, marketing setup, and strategic advisory resources, all agency fees, retainers, and packages are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
Milestone Adjustments
If unexpected technical blocks emerge or project directions shift, service credits or structural adjustments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
Earnings & Business Disclaimer
E-commerce success involves substantial business risk, varying market conditions, and individual execution effort. BusyZ makes no absolute guarantees, promises, or representations regarding specific revenue figures, net profit margins, sales volumes, or exit valuation amounts.
No Financial Guarantees
Past case studies, performance metrics, and growth frameworks shared by BusyZ represent optimal scenarios and are for illustrative purposes only. Your actual financial results depend entirely on your market execution, ad spend capitalization, and business decisions.
Intellectual Property & Creative Rights
All proprietary frameworks, strategic playbooks, custom code templates, and system methodologies utilized by BusyZ remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Client Asset Ownership
Upon full fulfillment of project agreements and financial accounts settling in full, clients receive ownership rights to their custom store design, branding, domain names, and customer lists, subject to third-party software licensing terms (e.g., Shopify, apps, plugins).
